As an Artist, how can I ensure that my music Is on Pandora?

Step 1 – Send your music to Pandora through distributors

Ensure that your music is being delivered to Pandora through one of the supported digital aggregators and licensing partners listed below with the following conditions:

  1. Pandora was selected when the release was distributed.
  2. U.S. streaming rights were granted to Pandora.

Step 2 – Claim your Pandora AMP Artist, Manager, or Label account

Claim your Pandora AMP Artist account here. After your claim is verified, you will receive access to AMP’s powerful suite of analytics, customization, and content creation tools. 

Our Creator support team will also ensure that your music is analyzed by Pandora’s Music Genome Project® team so that it can play on Pandora radio stations. After our analysts identify up to 450 musicological attributes to describe your tracks, fans will be able to immediately start a new station based on your artist name or one of your tracks, and the Music Genome Project will begin matching your music with similar artists and tracks on listeners’ stations.

If I’m an international artist, can I still use AMP’s Creator Tools?

If you live outside of the US, you can still use AMP’s full suite of tools.

First, create an AMP account here. You will be asked to fill out a form, including your email address, password, birth year, and gender.

After agreeing to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, click Register.

Once you are logged into AMP, go ahead and claim your Artist profile here.

 

As an independent artist, how can I benefit from Pandora Plus and Pandora Premium features?

Pandora Plus and Pandora Premium are Pandora’s interactive tiers of service.

Pandora Plus allows subscribers to listen to your content without advertisements. It also allows your fans to replay tracks, and to listen to content in Offline Mode.

Pandora Premium allows your fans to play what they want, when they want. They can create playlists and listen to them offline when there is no connection. Pandora Premium is the most complete tier of service on Pandora.
