Upgrade, Manage, or Cancel your Subscription through Apple

Pandora does not have access to Apple's billing system, so we are not able to modify your subscription level, update your payment information, or cancel subscriptions or trials purchased through the iOS app. All of those requests can be made from your iOS device, or directly to the Apple support team.

How to upgrade through Apple

Pandora Plus is $5.99/month and Pandora Premium is $12.99/month when purchased through Apple. Taxes may also apply to these fees depending on local tax laws in your area.

Annual subscriptions and Premium Family Plans are not available for purchase through Apple.

To upgrade through the Pandora app on your iOS Device:

1. Tap the Profile icon, then the Settings gear in the top right corner.
2. Tap Upgrade.
3. Agree to the Pandora Subscription terms of service to submit your payment.

Your subscription will auto-renew by default through Apple, but this can be changed at anytime after submitting your payment.

How to modify or cancel a subscription or trial

Please note that uninstalling the Pandora app will not automatically cancel your subscription or trial for you.

What you need to know before canceling your subscription or trial

You can cancel your subscription at any point during the course of its duration to stop any future payments. To avoid being charged at the end of your free trial period or renewal date, be sure to cancel your subscription or trial at least 24 hours in advance. 

• Payments will be charged through Apple once trial period has ended or at confirmation of purchase if you’re not eligible for a trial.  Subscription automatically renews monthly, unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel at any time. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
• Pandora Support is unable to manage subscriptions purchased through Apple. This includes canceling a subscription or trial, changing your subscription plan, or issuing refunds.
• Uninstalling the Pandora app does not automatically cancel your subscription for you.

How to request a refund from Apple

​​Even though it is Apple's policy not to issue refunds for subscriptions you've purchased through Apple, they will make an exception in certain cases. They should reply to your request within 24 hours.
