Manage stations on Wear OS

While you can view stations on your watch, editing or deleting them isn't an option from the device itself.

To manage your stations on mobile or web, check out: Create, Edit and Delete Stations

Explicit filter on Wear OS

If you'd like to adjust the explicit filter on your watch, start by swiping down on the watch face from top to bottom.

Swipe from right to left to open Settings and select Content Settings.

This should allow you to make the changes as needed.

General troubleshooting for Wear OS

Update the Pandora app on your watch to ensure you have the latest version. Then try listening to Pandora from your watch again.

If the problem persists, we recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app on your watch.

The instructions for both processes are listed below.

To update the Pandora app on Wear OS:

  1. Press the power button to go to your list of apps. Scroll down to open the Play Store.
  2. Scroll down to Manage apps.
  3. Select Update All or check to see if Pandora is on the list.

To uninstall and reinstall the app on your watch:

  1. Press the power button to go to your list of apps.
  2. Open the Play Store and scroll down to Manage apps.
  3. Choose Pandora, and then scroll to select Uninstall.

Once that's done, reinstall the Pandora app on your watch through the Play Store, and open it to log in. Please note that you'll need to have your phone present for this.

Troubleshooting Offline Mode on Wear OS

Pandora will never use the last 500MB of storage on your device, so we will only download as many stations as we can before we hit that limit.

If you're having trouble listening offline and you don't believe the issue is storage related, try disabling the offline listening feature and re-enabling it to reset the download process. Then, make sure to connect to a Wi-Fi connection and keep Pandora in the foreground of your watch while your downloads complete.

To do this from your station list:

  1. Start by swiping down on the watch face from top to bottom.
  2. Next, swipe from right to left for Settings and tap Connectivity.
  3. From here, toggle the Offline Mode switch off and confirm that you would like the offline stations removed.
  4. Once you've done this, toggle the Offline Mode button back on, and keep the app in the foreground while your offline stations re-download.
