Change your Account Settings
If you want to update any of your account information, including the email, password or zip code you use for Pandora, follow the instructions below:
- Sign into your account then visit Settings.
- Once on the Settings Menu, then select Account.
- Tap Save to update your information when you are finished making changes.
*If you are updating your password, please enter your previous password to confirm the changes. Then the new one will take effect.
If an existing profile shows up, then that URL name is already taken. Once you find a match, please Email us to make the changes.
Be sure to give us a few options, as it must be unique (e.g., mike will not work, but mike5452 might).
You can restrict Pandora from playing songs or displaying ads with explicit language. Enabling this filter will limit Pandora to playing music and ads that could play on daytime broadcast radio.

Pandora on the Web plays 64k AAC+ for free listeners and 192kbps for Pandora One subscribers. All in-home devices play 128kbps audio, and mobile devices receive a variety of different rates depending on the capability of the device and the network they are on, but never more than 64k AAC+.
Follow the instructions below to change your audio quality settings:
From a Computer: Click your email address (or name) in the upper right corner > Settings > Audio Quality.
From a Mobile Device: From your station list, click the menu icon > Settings > Advanced. Under Cell Network audio quality, check the box for "Higher Audio Quality" or uncheck it for normal audio quality.
