I'm 13 but can't register for a Pandora account. Why?

Because our current system only asks a listener's birth year (and not full birth date), we can only be certain a listener is at least thirteen if they will be at least fourteen sometime in the current calendar year.

You can register for a Pandora account in January of the year you will turn 14.

Change Webname
Email us to change your webname. Be sure to give us a few options, as it must be unique (e.g., mike will not work, but mike5452 might).

To find out if the name you want is available, add it onto the end of this: (e.g.,

If an existing profile shows up, then that URL name is already taken.

I Forgot My Password
If you've forgotten your password, click here and then enter the email address that you used to create your Pandora account. We will email you a link to reset your password. When you receive the email, click on the link to reset it on our site.

If you are on an iPhone or Android device, there is a forgotten password option below the sign in fields.
This email may take a little while to arrive. If you don't see it shortly, check your Spam and Junk folders.

Listening on Multiple Platforms
Pandora accounts follow the email address, not the device. You can sign into the same Pandora account on any computer or supported device, as long as you use the same email address and Pandora password.
This applies to both free and paid Pandora accounts.

Deactivating, Canceling, or Deleting Your Account

If you would like to deactivate, cancel, or delete your account, or remove the data associated with your account, please email us.

Please note that when we deactivate, cancel, or delete your account, or remove the data associated with your account, this does not ensure a complete or comprehensive removal of the content or information you may have posted or otherwise made available on our service. Further, if you chose to publish content from our service on a third party site like Facebook or Twitter, we do not remove that content when you deactivate, cancel, or delete your account, or request that we remove the data associated with your account.

Once we deactivate, cancel, or delete your account, we may not be able to recover your account, including any stations you had previously created or songs you liked.

If you are experiencing a technical issue, canceling or deleting your Pandora account will not solve those issues you may be having. For questions about technical issues with Pandora email us.
