Cancel your Pandora Plus Subscription

IMPORTANT: There are 6 different ways to purchase Pandora Plus. Please double check your billing statement to confirm which vendor is charging you, then click on the option below that describes the method you used to upgrade to Pandora Plus.

Cancel Pandora Plus purchased through Pandora website

 

If you purchased your Pandora Plus subscription directly through the Pandora website, here's how to cancel your subscription:

 
  1. Sign in to your account on a computer (not a mobile device).
  2. Click the avatar in the upper right corner then Settings.
  3. Select Subscription*.
  4. Select Cancel Subscription then Save Changes.
  5. Enter your current password when prompted to confirm the cancellation.
 

*If you do not see the Billing section or cannot get past Step 3, there could be a few reasons for this:

 
  1. You're signed into the wrong Pandora account. Please sign out and sign back into your Pandora Plus account.
  2. You're being charged by another vendor. Please take a look at the instructions for the vendor you are being charged by (they are listed at the top of this article) for further instructions.
  3. Your subscription has expired. Please email us for further instructions.

Cancel Pandora Plus purchased through iTunes

Unfortunately, Pandora does not have access to iTunes' billing system so we cannot assist with managing any payments made through iTunes.

If you purchased your Pandora Plus subscription from iTunes (iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch), please use the following steps to cancel your subscription:

 
  1. From your device's Home screen (not your computer), open the App Store.
  2. Tap Featured at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap your Apple ID > View Apple ID .
  4. Enter your password and tap OK.
  5. On the Account Settings screen, under Subscriptions tap Manage.
  6. Tap Pandora Radio (if you are not brought directly to the Pandora Plus screen).
  7. After making your changes, tap Done.

Cancel Pandora Plus purchased through Google Play

 

If you purchased your Pandora Plus subscription from the Google Play Store, use the following steps to cancel your subscriptions:

 
  1. Go to payments.google.com, then click the menu icon.
  2. Along the left side of your screen, select Bills and accounts.
  3. Select Pandora Plus > Manage Subscription.
  4. Click Cancel next to the Pandora Plus Subscription option, then follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.

Cancel Pandora Plus purchased through Amazon Market

 
Unfortunately, Pandora does not have access to Amazon Market's billing system so we cannot assist with managing any payments made through Amazon Market. 
 

If you purchased your Pandora Plus subscription from Amazon Market (e.g. Kindle Fire or an Android device with the Amazon Appstore), please use the following directions to cancel your subscription:

 

Cancel your subscription from your Kindle Fire (not your computer):

 
  1. From your Kindle Fire device Home Screen, press Apps.
  2. Press Store.
  3. From the store menu, click on My Subscriptions.
  4. From the My Subscriptions screen, click on Pandora Plus Subscription.
  5. From the Pandora Plus Subscription screen you can turn auto-renewal on or off.
 

Cancel your subscription from the Amazon Appstore on an Android device:

 
  1. Launch the Amazon Appstore application.
  2. From the Appstore menu, click on Subscriptions.
  3. From the My Subscriptions screen, click on Pandora Plus Subscription.
  4. From the Pandora Plus Subscription screen you can turn auto-renewal on or off.

Cancel Pandora Plus purchased through Roku

 
Unfortunately, Pandora does not have access to Roku's billing system so we cannot assist with managing any payments made through Roku.
 

To cancel your Pandora Plus subscription from the Pandora channel on your Roku, please use the following steps:

 
  1. Launch the Pandora channel.
  2. Press the Options button on your Roku remote.
  3. Select “Cancel Pandora Plus Subscription".
  4. Confirm that you would like to cancel your Pandora Plus Subscription.
  5. Select “Yes” to cancel your subscription.
 

To cancel your subscription from the Roku Home Screen, follow these directions:

 
  1. Find the Pandora channel on your Home Screen.
  2. Click the Options button on your Roku remote.
  3. Select "Manage Subscription".
  4. Choose “Cancel Subscription".
  5. Confirm the cancellation of your Pandora Plus subscription.

Cancel Pandora Plus purchased through PayPal

 
  1. Sign into your Pandora account at www.pandora.com from a computer.
  2. Click your email address or name in the top right corner of the browser and select Settings.
  3. Select Billing on the left hand side of the screen.
  4. Click Cancel Subscription and confirm on the next screen.
  5. Enter your current password to save changes.

If you decide you'd like to keep your subscription after recently canceling, under Billing click "Restore Subscription." Then enter your current password to confirm.

 

Note: You can cancel Pandora Plus at anytime during the course of your subscription period. Keep in mind that if you are having technical difficulties with Pandora, canceling your subscription will not solve any issues you may be experiencing.
