What you need to know before canceling your subscription

In order to properly cancel your subscription, please refer to your bank statement to confirm how you are being charged for Pandora. Then refer to the appropriate section below.

What you need to know before canceling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any point to stop any future payments. To avoid being charged again at your renewal date (or at the end of your free trial period), be sure to cancel your subscription or trial at least 24 hours beforehand. 

• Uninstalling the Pandora app from your devices does not automatically cancel your subscription for you.
• You must cancel your subscription or trial through the vendor who manages it.
• Pandora Support is unable to manage subscriptions or trials purchased through Apple, Amazon, Roku or carriers such as Verizon, T-Mobile, etc. Pandora cannot cancel those subscriptions or trials, change your subscription plan, or issue refunds for subscriptions purchased through any of these app stores.

Cancel my Google Play-billed subscription or trial

If you purchased your subscription from the Google Play Store, you can cancel your subscription through Google Play from an Android or computer.

Cancel my Pandora-billed subscription or trial 

Cancel your subscription from a computer:

1. Sign in to your account on our website.
2. Go to the Subscriptions page. (You can also access this from the Settings menu.)
3. Select Switch Plans and click Cancel Subscription in the bottom corner of the screen.
4. Confirm the cancellation of any future subscription payments.

Cancel your subscription from a mobile device: 

1. Go to the Pandora website.
2. Select the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left.
3. Then tap Subscription. (Log in to your account if prompted.)
4. From your Subscription details page select Switch Plans and then Cancel Subscription.

Cancel my Amazon-billed subscription or trial

If you're being charged for your subscription through Amazon (e.g., if you upgraded from a Kindle Fire or an Android device with the Amazon Appstore), you can manage your subscription from the Amazon Appstore website.

If you're using an Android, you can manage your subscription from the Amazon Appstore app.

You can also manage your subscription from your Fire tablet.

Cancel my Roku-billed subscription or trial

You can unsubscribe or cancel a subscription from your Roku, mobile device, or PC.

Cancel my T-Mobile-billed subscription or trial

T-Mobile customers can manage their add-ons by logging into T-Mobile or the T-Mobile app using their T-Mobile ID. If you have any trouble with the above, please contact T-Mobile support.

Cancel my carrier-billed subscription or trial

Google Play also offers the ability to add a limited number of carriers as an acceptable form of payment through the Google Play Store app. If you're currently being billed through your mobile carrier, you can cancel your subscription through Google Play from an Android or computer.
