If you'd like to stop receiving marketing emails from Pandora, sign in to your account, click your email address in the top right corner and select Settings.
Select Notices and uncheck Send me personalized recommendations and tips. You can also email us.
On the iPhone or iPod:
If you'd like to stop receiving marketing emails from Pandora, launch the Pandora app, tap on Settings, then select ‘Notices.’
Next to ‘Tips,’ toggle the switch to ‘OFF’ to opt out of non-service related emails.
