Manage your Pandora One Subscription on iOS Devices

If you purchased your Pandora One subscription through the iTunes Store from an iOS device (e.g. iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch), use the following directions to manage your subscription.

Change iTunes Credit Card Information
Switch from Monthly to Yearly Subscription

Change iTunes Credit Card Information


To update your credit card in iTunes, follow the instructions below:

From your iOS device:

1. From your iOS device Home Screen, tap on Settings.
2. Tap on iTunes & App Stores.
3. From the Store screen, Tap on your Apple ID.
4. From the Apple ID dialog, Tap on View Apple ID.
5. From the Account screen, Tap Payment information.
6. After making your changes, tap on Done.

If you’d prefer to manage your subscription from iTunes on the desktop computer, follow these directions:

1. From your iTunes on the desktop, click on the Store menu.
2. From the Store menu, click on View My Account. You may need to provide your password again.
3. From the Account Information screen, click on Edit next to your credit card information.
4. After making your changes, click on Done.
 

 
Switch from Monthly to Yearly Subscription


The option for an annual subscription to Pandora One is only available if you upgrade directly through us from our website. If you upgrade from your iOS device you are upgrading through iTunes, and they only offer the monthly option.

To switch to a yearly subscription, you will need to change your auto-renewal options and let your monthly subscription run out. Once it has expired, and you're again hearing ads, you can then upgrade on a computer.

You can manage your subscription using the steps below.

From your iOS device:

1. From your device's Home screen, open the App Store.
2. Tap "Featured" at the bottom of the screen.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap your Apple ID.
4. Tap the View Apple ID button.
5. Enter your password and tap OK.
6. On the Account Settings screen, under "Subscriptions" tap the Manage button.
7. If you are not brought directly to the Pandora One screen, find and tap "Pandora Radio".
8. From the Pandora One screen, you can change your auto-renewal options.
9. After making your changes, tap "Done".

From iTunes on a computer:

1. Launch iTunes on your computer.
2. Choose Store from the menu bar, then "View Account", then enter your Apple ID and password when prompted.
(If you are not signed into your iTunes account already, you will need to choose Store > Sign In, enter your iTunes account and password, then go back to Store > View Account. You may be asked to re-enter your Apple ID password)
3. From the Account Information screen, scroll to the bottom of the page to the Settings section.
4. Click "Manage" to the right of "Subscriptions".
5. From the Manage Subscription screen, choose "Pandora Radio".
6. From the Pandora One screen, you can change your auto-renewal options.
7. After making your changes, click on Done.

Once that expires, and you are hearing ads again, you can upgrade to the annual subscription by signing into your account from a computer and visiting: http://www.pandora.com/one
 
 

Cancel iTunes Subscription


From iOS device:

1. From your device's Home screen, tap App Store.
2. Tap Featured at the bottom of the screen.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
4. Tap the Apple ID button in the lower-left corner.
5. Tap the View Apple ID button.
6. Enter your password and tap OK.
7. From the main account page, scroll down and tap Manage App Subscriptions.
8. From the Manage App Subscription page on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod, tap Pandora Radio.
9. From the Pandora One screen, you can change your auto-renewal options.
10. After making your changes, tap on Done.

From iTunes on the computer:

1. Launch iTunes on your computer.
2. Choose Store from the menu bar, then View Account, then enter your Apple ID and password when prompted.
(If you are not signed into your iTunes account already, you will need to choose Store > Sign In, enter your iTunes account and password, then go back to Store > View Account. You may be asked to re-enter your Apple ID password)
3. From the Account Information screen, scroll to the bottom of the page to the Settings section.
4. Click Manage to the right of Subscriptions.
5. From the Manage Subscription screen, choose Pandora Radio.
6. From the Pandora One screen, you can change your auto-renewal options.
7. After making your changes, click on Done.
