Pandora on DirecTV
If you are having ongoing issues with Pandora skipping on your DirecTV please contact DirecTV's Customer Care team at (800) 531-5000.
1. Launch Pandora on DirecTV (Menu > Extras > Pandora)
2. At the Welcome screen, select Next
3. An Activation screen will appear on screen with and Activation code. *Do not leave this screen until the following steps are completed*
4. From a web browser on a computer, go to www.pandora.com/directv
5. Enter the Activation code
6. Either enter new Pandora account information or use an existing Pandora username/pass
7. Once the web page shows the confirmation, the DirecTV device will automatically take you to your station list.

Please try a few standard network troubleshooting steps:
1. Try connecting directly via an Ethernet cable rather than wirelessly (if you have this option on your device), and see if that helps.
2. Reboot your modem and router and restart the device.
3. Remove and re-add the app (if this is possible on your device).
4. Contact DirecTV to inquire about whether there is a firmware update available for your device.
