Oh dear! There seems to be a problem with your submission...

Last Updated: Sep 13, 2012 04:21PM PDT

If the message "There is a problem with your submission" appears next to an album on your submission status page (submitmusic.pandora.com/submit/status), something is preventing your music from making it to our curator for consideration.

The following is a list of common problems:

1. You already have one pending submission.
It is only possible to submit one release at a time to Pandora. If you attempt to submit more than one CD, your subsequent submissions will be marked "Problem" and will not make it through to our review team. Once your existing submission is no longer "pending", you will be able to submit your other CDs (again, one at a time).

NOTE: If the current submission is accepted, we need to have received it before we can accept a new submission online.

2. You have submitted two identical tracks, or two identically titled tracks.
We require two different music files, each with a different title.

3. You have submitted a track that is longer than 10 minutes in length or shorter than 1 minute in length.
Songs are most likely to connect with an audience if they're longer than a minute and shorter than ten minutes, and we'd like to put your best foot forward!

4. Your entry on Amazon.com has no track listing and/or your name is not listed in the "Artist" field.

You must be listed as the "Artist," not the "Creator" or "Performer." You will need to contact Amazon to make these corrections to your entry before you can submit. Click here to correct your information in Amazon.

NOTE: Your CD must be available for sale as a CD through Amazon, not just as MP3 downloads. Click here for full submission details.

5. There is a problem with the website address (URL) you provided.
Check that you have entered the URL completely and correctly, for instance:
http://www.nameofyourband.com
not just
nameofyourband.com
Also, make sure your web addresses (URLs) and comment fields contain only plain text, not any special characters or HTML. Please note that you are not required to provide a website address with your submission.

6. Double-check the track names of your MP3 files.

The tracks you upload must be in the format
xyz.mp3
with the .mp3 in lower-case (small) letters.

7. Try another browser.

If you haven't already, try submitting using the Firefox or Chrome browsers.
