If you are having trouble connecting your Facebook account because it is associated with another Pandora account, you will first need to log into the other Pandora account that is using your Facebook account and disconnect it. Then you will be able to associate your Facebook account with a different Pandora account.
Follow the instructions below to learn how to disconnect your Facebook account from your Pandora account:
On the Web
Sign in to your account and click on your email address/name in the top right corner.
Select Settings, and then Privacy.
Under ‘Manage External Services,’ click on Disconnect next to the Facebook icon.
To completely disassociate from Facebook, you’ll need to sign into your Facebook account and visit your Account Settings page.
- On the left-hand side, select Apps.
- Click the ‘x’ next to the Pandora icon.
- Last of all, a pop-up window will give you the option to “Delete all your Pandora activity on Facebook.”
Select Remove if you’d like this info deleted.
On the iPhone or iPod
If you are on the ‘Now Playing’ screen, tap the arrow in the upper left corner.
Tap the Settings tab and then tap Privacy.
Scroll down to ‘Manage External Services’ and toggle the Facebook switch to OFF.
On an Android Device:
From the Now Playing screen, open the Settings menu by touching the list icon in the upper right corner (3 vertical lines).
Toggle the Auto-share switch to OFF.
Or
Launch the Pandora app, then go to the Settings tab.
Select Privacy.
At the bottom of the next screen toggle the Facebook Publish switch to OFF.
*Switching your Pandora Profile to Private will also disable sharing with Facebook.
