Password

If you need help with your changing or resetting your password, first choose the device or operating system you are using for further instructions:

Resetting your Forgotten Password:

If you've forgotten your password, click here and then enter the email address that you used to create your Pandora account. We will email you a link to reset your password. When you receive the email, click on the link to reset it on our site.
 

This email may take a little while to arrive. If you don't see it shortly, check your Spam and Junk folders.

Changing your password:

If you want to update any of your registration information, including the email or password you use for Pandora, follow the instructions below:
 

Sign into your account then visit Settings. You can get to settings by clicking your name/email address in the top right hand corner of the screen.
 

Once on the Settings Menu, then select Account.
 

When you are finished making changes, be sure to tap ‘Save’ to update your information.
 

*If you are updating your password, please enter your previous password to confirm the changes. Then the new one will take effect.

iPhone/iPod

Resetting your Forgotten Password:

If you've forgotten your password, click on the "Forgotten Password?" link below the sign in fields. Then enter the email address that you used to create your Pandora account. We will email you a link to reset your password. You will receive a password-reset email to your registered Pandora email address.
 

This email may take a little while to arrive. If you don't see it shortly, check your Spam and Junk folders.

From there, tap Account and you can update all of your account information (including your email address and password). When you’re finished making your changes, tap on the “Save” button.
