On the Web:
You can make your Pandora Profile private by going to http://www.pandora.com/account/privacy
Uncheck "Make my listening activity public" and this will restrict anyone else from seeing your profile.
You can also uncheck "Allow Pandora to import my profile photo, music favorites, and friends list from Facebook."
If you go to the Notices section, you can turn these off, as well:

On the iPhone or iPod:
To edit your privacy settings on the iPhone or iPod, launch the Pandora app, tap on “Settings” and then “Privacy.”
If you are in the Now Playing screen, tap on the “back” button that is in the upper left corner of the screen.
From here, you can customize the following:
To make your profile public or private, toggle the switch to ‘On’ (public) or ‘Off’ (private).
To allow other listeners to leave comments on your Pandora profile or stations turn ‘Enable comments,’ to the ‘On’ position.
To “Allow Pandora to import my profile photo, music favorites, and friends list from Facebook” toggle the switch to the ‘On’ position.
