Pandora on Insignia
- Launch Pandora and you will see the wecome screen with an activation code.
- On your computer, enter the activation code at: www.pandora.com/insignia.
- Follow the prompts to create a new account, or log in with an existing account.
- Continue past the confirmation screen to access your account.
First make sure that your device has the latest Firmware by checking for a new update. If an update is available, try loading Pandora again once the update is complete.
If you're still having the same problem, then please try a few standard network troubleshooting steps:
- Try connecting directly via an Ethernet cable rather than WiFi and see if it works better.
- Try rebooting your modem and router and restarting the device player.
