If you are experiencing a spinning icon when trying to load the application, or an Account Suspended message after upgrading to Pandora One from a Free Trial, try these steps.
For Windows XP:
* Click on your Start menu and select Run...
* Type %appdata% in the box and press enter.
* In the window that comes up, you should see a folder with a name that starts with com.pandora.desktop. Delete this folder by either dragging it into your trash can, or selecting the folder then pressing delete on your keyboard.
* Restart your computer and then re-launch the Pandora Desktop Application.
For Windows Vista:
* Hold down the Start and R keys on your keyboard.
* Type %appdata% in the box and press enter.
* In the window that comes up, double-click on the Roaming folder.
* Next you should see a folder with a name that starts with com.pandora.desktop. Delete this folder by either dragging it into your trash can, or selecting the folder then pressing delete on your keyboard.
* Restart your computer and then re-launch the Pandora Desktop Application.
For Windows 7:
* Click on your Windows Icon (Start menu)
* Type %appdata% in the search program and files box and press enter.
* In the window that comes up, double-click on the Roaming folder.
* Next you should see a folder with a name that starts with com.pandora.desktop. Delete this folder by either dragging it into your trash can, or selecting the folder then pressing delete on your keyboard.
* Restart your computer and then re-launch the Pandora Desktop Application.
For Mac:
* Click on the Finder icon on your dock (this is the far left icon on most docks)
* Navigate to the following directory *UserName*/Library/Preferences/
* You should see a folder with a name that starts with com.pandora.desktop. Delete this folder by either dragging it into your trash can, or selecting the folder then pressing Command + delete on your keyboard.
* Restart your computer and then re-launch the Pandora Desktop Application.
