Can't Find Pandora on BlackBerry

Last Updated: Dec 10, 2012 01:20PM PST
Depending on what theme you have on your Blackberry, Pandora might appear on the home page, or on the Applications, Media, Music, Sports and Entertainment, or Games page. It could even be completely hidden.

If you press the Blackberry menu button (just to the left of the scroll ball), one of the options will be Show All. That should make every installed program visible somewhere, if not on the home page, then on one of the sub-pages with names as I described above.  The most common one is Applications.

If you do find it, here's how to move the Pandora icon to your home page:

* Hover over the icon
* Click BB button
* Select Move to Folder
* Choose Home to place it on the main screen.

Also, if Pandora is playing, Pandora will be an option on that same menu.

If you still can't locate it, then try this:

1) Uninstall Pandora by going into Options -» Applications (or Options -» Advanced -» Applications), highlight Pandora, then in the menu select Delete.
2) The device should require a reboot--if not then do a battery pull to force a reboot
3) Install Pandora. Install directly from us, rather than through App World.

Go to www.pandora.com on your phone's native web browser (this should throw up a BlackBerry splashscreen when the browser is launched).  Do not use a third-party browser such as Opera or Bolt.

You may have to change your emulation in your browser to BlackBerry:

Open the Browser -» then click the Blackberry menu button -» Browser Configuration -» Browser Identification -» select Blackberry -» Save

*This feature may not be available outside the U.S.
