Creating Pandora One Accounts on Android and Kindle

 

You can create a Pandora One account by upgrading through your existing Pandora account.  You can also create additional Pandora One accounts.

 

Keep in mind that Pandora One accounts are meant for individual, non-commercial use. Click here for more info.

 

Pandora One subscriptions follow the account, not the device. So, whether you upgrade on your Android/Kindle device or on a computer directly through our website, you will be able to use your Pandora One subscription on any computer or device you own.

Upgrade an Existing Account on Android/Kindle:


You can upgrade to Pandora One in the Android app by following these steps:


Google Play

From the Now Playing screen, touch the back arrow in the upper left corner of the screen.

Go to the You can upgrade to Pandora One in the Android app by following these steps:
 
From the Now Playing screen, touch the back arrow in the upper left corner of the screen.

  1. Go to the Settings tab.
  2. Scroll down to select Pandora One.
  3. Select Upgrade, and you will then be taken to the Google Play payment page.
  4. Check the box stating that you ‘Agree to the payments for Google Play Terms of Service.’
  5. Confirm the purchase by selecting Accept & Subscribe.

Note: If you have a PIN enabled for purchasing, you’ll need to enter that code after selecting ‘Accept & Subscribe.’ tab.


Amazon Appstore

Open the Pandora app and sign in :

1. Hit the Menu key on the device.
2. Select Preferences.
3. Select Upgrade to Pandora One.
4. Then select Subscribe.

You will then be billed $4.99 USD/month through the Amazon Appstore for Android for Pandora.

Create a New Pandora One Account on Android/Kindle: 

 

Creating a Pandora One account via your Android or Kindle device requires you to have a Google Play or Amazon account which is not associated with any other current Pandora One account. 

​You can also create a new Pandora One Account from your computer directly through our website.

On Android Phones:

 

First, sign out of the Pandora One account you’re currently using on your device.

 

From the Now Playing screen, tap the back button in the upper left hand corner to reach the stations tab.

 

From the Stations tab, tap Settings and tap the Sign Out button at the bottom of the page

 

 

Second, create a new Pandora account.

 

Tap ‘Register for Free,' fill in all required fields, check acknowledgment of our terms of service, and tap ‘Register.'

 

      

 

Third, upgrade your new Pandora account to a Pandora One account.

 

From the  Stations  screen, go to the  Settings  tab.  Scroll down to select  Pandora One . 

 

Select  Upgrade

 

You will then be taken to the payment window.  Check the box stating that you agree to the payments and Terms of Service.  Confirm the purchase by selecting   Accept & Subscribe .

 

*Note: If you have a PIN enabled for purchasing, you’ll need to enter that code after selecting ‘Accept & Subscribe.’

 

 

On Android Tablets:

 

First, tap the menu icon in the top right corner and select Settings (if in landscape mode, tap the gear). Your email address will be displayed next to the Account. At the bottom of the Settings menu, tap "Sign Out."

 

Second, create a new Pandora account. Tap ‘Register for Free,' fill in all required fields, check acknowledgment of our terms of service, and tap ‘Register.'

 

Third, upgrade your new Pandora account to a Pandora One account.

 

You will then be taken to the payment window.  Check the box stating that you agree to the payments and Terms of Service.  Confirm the purchase by selecting  'Accept & Subscribe.'
