How do I troubleshoot my Android Tablet?

Last Updated: Jun 18, 2013 01:19PM PDT

Try uninstalling the app, powering down the device and then re-installing the app.

First, uninstall the app:  Go to "Settings" then "Applications."  Next select "Manage Applications."  Scroll down and select Pandora, then "Uninstall."

Second, power down the device, turn the device back on, and reinstall our app.

Lastly, to reinstall, go to the Google Play Store and search for Pandora.

If those steps don’t fix your Tablet issue, then try clearing the data for Pandora:

Go to "Settings" then "Applications." Next select "Manage Applications."  Select Pandora. On that page select "Clear data."

Note:  We do not support Pandora on rooted or unlocked devices, unofficial OS releases, or custom ROMs.  We only support Pandora on configurations that we have fully tested, so as to ensure the application will work correctly and won't cause any problems with functions of the device.
