Xbox One Troubleshooting

First, make sure that your internet connection is working properly.

  • Try connecting directly via an Ethernet cable rather than WiFi (if you have this option).

If that doesn't help, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app you use to access Pandora. Note: You will need to be signed into your Xbox Live account.

If you don't have the Pandora app pinned to your home screen, go to "My Games & Apps" from the home screen, choose Apps, and select Pandora.

If the Pandora app is pinned to your home screen, just highlight the Pandora tile and then:

  • Press the Menu button on your controller.
  • Select "Manage app".
  • Open the "Manage all" dropdown.
  • Choose "Uninstall all".
  • Confirm that you want to uninstall the app.
  • Select “Uninstall"

Then, to reinstall the app:

  • From Xbox Home, go to Apps and select Browse Apps.
