Pandora on DirecTV
If you are having ongoing issues with Pandora skipping on your DirecTV please contact DirecTV's Customer Care team at (800) 531-5000.
- Launch Pandora on DirecTV (Menu > Extras > Pandora).
- At the Welcome screen, select Next.
- An Activation screen will appear on screen with and Activation code. Do not leave this screen until the following steps are completed.
- From a web browser on a computer, go to www.pandora.com/directv.
- Enter the Activation code.
- Either enter new Pandora account information or use an existing Pandora username/pass.
- Once the web page shows the confirmation, the DirecTV device will automatically take you to your station list.
Please try a few standard network troubleshooting steps:
- Try connecting directly via an Ethernet cable rather than wirelessly (if you have this option on your device), and see if that helps.
- Reboot your modem and router and restart the device.
- Remove and re-add the app (if this is possible on your device).
- Contact DirecTV to inquire about whether there is a firmware update available for your device.
