If you need help with changing or resetting your password, first choose the type of device you are using for further instructions:

Reset your password on mobile:

 

If you're not already signed into the mobile app, and have forgotten your password, you can request a new one with the following instructions:

  1. Open the Pandora app.
  2. Click on the Forgotten Password link located below the sign in fields.
  3. Enter the email address that you used to create your Pandora account.

  4. If you don't see this option, you may already be signed into the app. You can request a new password by requesting a new password here, then proceed with the rest of the instructions below.


  5. Follow the instructions contained in the password-reset email after receiving it.

This email may take a little while to arrive. If you don't see it shortly, check your Spam and Junk folders.

Change your password on mobile:

 
  1. Tap the menu icon > Settings > Account.
  2. From there you can change all your registration information (including your email address or password).
  3. Tap Save when you're done.

*If you are updating your password, please enter your previous password to confirm the changes. Then the new one will take effect.

Change your password on a computer:

 

If you want to update any of your registration information, including the email or password you use for Pandora, follow the instructions below:

  1. Sign into your account, click your name/avatar in the upper right hand corner, then visit Settings.
  2. Select Account.
  3. Enter any changes you would like to make to your registration information.
  4. Tap Save to update your information.

*If you are updating your password, please enter your previous password to confirm the changes. Then the new one will take effect.
