General Refund Guidelines

We do not offer refunds for monthly or gift subscriptions, nor can we issue refunds for subscriptions purchased through iTunes, Amazon Appstore, or Roku. However, we do offer pro-rated refunds for annual subscriptions.

If you purchased your subscription through one of these third-party vendors (iTunes, Amazon Appstore, or Roku), you will need to contact them directly for more information on their refund policy.


How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for your subscription, please double-check your billing statement to confirm which vendor is charging you. Then, select the option below that describes the method you used to upgrade your subscription.


I have been directly charged by Pandora and want a refund
I have been charged through Paypal and want a refund
I have been charged by iTunes and want a refund
I have been charged by Google Play and want a refund.
I have been charged by Amazon Appstore and want a refund.
I have been charged by Roku and want a refund.

Request refund from Pandora (direct-billed subscribers)

 

We do not offer refunds for any monthly subscriptions.

If you purchased your subscription through a computer and are being charged through Pandora directly, please contact a Pandora Listener Advocate here for assistance with prorated refunds for annual subscriptions.

Request Refund from iTunes

 

Unfortunately we are unable to issue any refunds for purchases made through iTunes, since Pandora not have access to the iTunes billing system. Subscriptions purchased on iOS devices (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch) are billed through iTunes, so any billing discrepancies or refunds are handled by their support team.

To request a refund through iTunes, please visit their support site here and follow the instructions.

  1. Open iTunes.
  2. Click Account in the menu bar.
  3. Click View My Account.
  4. Enter your password.
  5. Under Purchase History, select See All.
  6. Click the Report a Problem button at the bottom of page.
  7. On the Purchase History page, find your purchase for Pandora Radio and click Report a Problem next to it. (If you do not see Report a Problem next to your Pandora purchase, click the small arrow just to the left of the order date and then click Report a Problem next to your Pandora subscription.)
  8. Select the Problem from the drop down list and enter any notes in the comments box.
  9. Select Submit.

Request a refund from Amazon Appstore

 

Pandora not have access to Amazon Appstore billing system, so unfortunately we are unable to issue any refunds for purchases made through Amazon Appstore.

If your subscription was purchased from Amazon Market (e.g. Kindle Fire or an Android device with the Amazon Appstore), you will need to contact the Amazon support team for more information on their refund policy.

Request a refund through Roku

 

Unfortunately, we are unable to issue any refunds for purchases made through Roku since Pandora not have access to Roku's billing system.

If your subscription was purchased from Roku, you will need to contact their support team for more information on their refund policy.
