Basic Troubleshooting for the Pandora Plus Desktop App


  1. Close the Desktop Application completely (make sure that it's not still running in the System Tray or the Dock).
  2. Install the latest version of the Flash player.
  3. Restart the Desktop Application.

If you continue to have trouble streaming Pandora, then continue by following steps to uninstall and reinstall the desktop app.

Uninstall & Reinstall on Windows

  1. Remove Adobe AIR from Windows
    • Select Start -> Settings -> Control Panel.
    • Open the Add or Remove Programs panel (In Windows 7, you may have to change the 'View' menus to show 'category' to see this.)
    • Select Adobe AIR to remove the runtime.
    • Click the Change/Remove button.
  2. Uninstall Pandora as well from the same location.
  3. Reinstall the Desktop Application by clicking here. If the Install Now link does not work, then try Manual Installation.

Uninstall & Reinstall on Mac

  1. Remove Adobe AIR on Mac OS
    • Go to Finder > Applications > Utilities.
    • Double-click the Adobe AIR Uninstaller (Adobe AIR Uninstaller.app).
  2. Uninstall Pandora by sending it to the trash.
  3. Reinstall the Desktop Application by clicking here. If the Install Now link does not work, then try Manual Installation.

In Mac OS X, if you have Latin America Spanish enabled in International Settings, this may cause problems with the Adobe Air application. Please remove it from your language list and use Español instead.
