Restore your Subscription on a computer

If you recently canceled your Pandora subscription and would like to restore your subscription, you can do so with the following instructions:

  1. Visit www.pandora.com
  2. Go to Subscription.
  3. Select Re-subscribe.
  4. Follow any prompts that arise to confirm your payment method.

If your subscription has expired this option may not be available, and you will need to upgrade again.

Restore your Subscription on iOS


If you upgraded through the iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch app and your subscription was transferred to another account, you can use the following steps to restore it.

  1. Open the Pandora app and go to the Station list.
  2. Click on the menu icon > Settings > Upgrade.
  3. Select Retrieve Your Subscription.
  4. Enter your iTunes password.

Restore your Subscription on Android

 

If your subscription was purchased through Google Play and transferred to another account, you can use the following steps to restore it to your device.

  1. Open the Pandora app and go to the Station List.
  2. Click on the menu icon > Settings > Upgrade.
  3. Select Retrieve your subscription.
  4. Follow any additional prompts to confirm this action.

Where is my subscription? I paid for a Pandora subscription, but it is not showing up on my account.

 

If you've paid for a Pandora Plus or Pandora Premium subscription, but your account is not reflecting the subscription you've chosen, run through the following steps:

  1. Try signing out and signing back in by visiting Settings > Account > Sign Out.
  2. Restore your Subscription using the instructions above. Your subscription may have transferred to another account. Transferring of subscriptions occurs when one or two people are using the same app store account on their devices, but different Pandora accounts.  
  3. Review your bank statement to see which store charged you, then contact us with the following information so we can further help:
    • any (other) email addresses you may have used for your account
    • the Birth Year and Zip Code on that account
    • The name of the store that appears on your bank statement that charged you (iTunes, Google Play, Amazon or Pandora)If you were charged through Google Play, please let us know what Gmail address your Google Play account is under.
  4. If you were charged directly from Pandora, please send all of the following information about the card that was charged:
    • the FIRST 4 digits of that card
    • the LAST 4 digits of that card (DO NOT SEND US YOUR FULL CREDIT CARD NUMBER)
    • the DATE of the charge(s)
    • the NAME that appears on the card
