Change your Credit Card or Billing Information

To change your credit card or billing information, please double-check your billing statement to confirm which vendor is charging you. Then, select the option below that describes the method you used to upgrade to Pandora Plus.

 

Purchased through Pandora
Purchased through PayPal
Purchased through iTunes
Purchased through Google Play 
Purchased through Amazon App Store 
Purchased through Roku

 

Purchased through Pandora Website

 

If you purchased your Pandora Plus subscription directly through our website (not a mobile app), use the following directions to change your credit card and billing preferences.

  1. Sign into your account at www.pandora.com on a computer (not a mobile device).
  2. Click your email address in the upper right corner and select Settings > Billing
  3. Make any changes you need to your credit card.
  4. Enter your card's Security Code.
  5. Click Save changes when finished and enter your current password when prompted for confirmation.

**Please note that if your subscription has already expired, you won't be able to access your previous billing information to update it. Instead, you will need to resubscribe to Pandora Plus​ with your new billing information.

Purchased through PayPal

 

If you upgraded to Pandora Plus via PayPal you will need to change or update your payment info with PayPal.

If your Pandora Plus subscription is still active, you can update your payment information within PayPal with the following instructions:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Select Wallet.
  3. Select the bank account, credit or debit card you wish to edit.
    • To add a new credit card to your account, click + Link a card.
    • To edit an existing payment method, click on the account or card, then select edit.
  4. Click Save after your have made your changes.

If your Pandora Plus subscription has already expired, you will need to follow these instructions to update your payment information within PayPal:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click Profile near the top of the page.
  3. Click My money under My Profile.
  4. Click Update next to the card in the Debit and credit cards section.
  5. Click Edit under Action.
  6. Enter your new expiration date and click Save.

Purchased through iTunes

 

If you purchased your Pandora Plus subscription through the iTunes Store from an iOS device, you use the following sets of directions to update your credit card in iTunes:

 

From your iOS device:

  1. From your iOS device Home Screen, tap on Settings.
  2. Tap on iTunes & App Stores.
  3. From the Store screen, tap on your Apple ID.
  4. From the Apple ID dialog, tap View Apple ID.
  5. From the Account screen, tap Payment information.
  6. After making your changes, tap Done.

From iTunes on the desktop:

  1. From your iTunes on the desktop, click on the Store menu.
  2. From the Store menu, click on View My Account. You may need to provide your password again.
  3. From the Account Information screen, click on Edit next to your credit card information.
  4. After making your changes, click Done.

Purchased through Google Play

 

If you purchased your Pandora Plus subscription through the Google Play Store, use the following steps to change your credit card and billing preferences:

  1. Go to payments.google.com, then click the menu icon.
  2. Along the left side of your screen, select Payment Methods.
    • To add a credit or debit card, select Add a payment method.
    • To update an existing payment method, select Edit or Remove next to the payment method you want to edit.

Purchased through Amazon App Store

 

If you purchased your Pandora Plus subscription from the Amazon App store, you can use the following directions to change your credit card or billing information.

  1. Sign into your Amazon account on a computer or your mobile web browser.
  2. Under Your Account select Manage Payment Options.
  3. Make any changes to current debit or credit cards on file or add new information.

If you purchased your Pandora Plus subscription through your Roku, you'll need to update your payment information with them directly.

  1. Log in to your Roku account through an internet browser
  2. Click Update under Payment Method.
