Change your Subscription Plan

The Pandora Plus Annual Subscription, Pandora Premium Monthly Subscription, and Pandora Premium Annual Subscriptions are available for purchase ONLY from the Pandora website. They are not available for purchase through mobile app stores at this time (i.e. iTunes, Google Play, Amazon Appstore, or Roku).

 

If you would like to change your subscription plan, please double-check your billing statement to confirm which vendor is charging you. Then, select the option below that describes the method you used to upgrade.

 

I'm being charged directly through Pandora.
I'm being charged through my PayPal account.
I'm being charged by iTunes.
I'm being charged by Google Play.
I'm being charged by Amazon Appstore.
I'm being charged by Roku.

I'm being charged directly through Pandora.

  1. Visit www.pandora.com/settings/subscription from a computer (not a mobile device) to view your Payment and Subscription Information.
  2. If you're not already signed in, you'll be prompted to do so in order to manage this.
  3. Click Switch Plans to see your options and to make changes.

Your subscription will then renew at the next billing date.

  1. Visit www.pandora.com/settings/subscription from a computer (not a mobile device).
  2. Choose the type of subscription you would like to switch to:
    • Pandora Plus (Monthly/Annual)
    • Pandora Premium (Monthly/Annual)
  3. You might be directed to the PayPal website at this time to review your payment.

Your subscription will then renew at the next billing date.

I'm being charged by iTunes.

 

Currently the only subscription available for purchase through the iTunes Store is the Pandora Plus Monthly Subscription.

 

Subscribers who are billed through iTunes but would like to upgrade their subscription plan to Pandora Plus Annual or Pandora Premium (Monthly or Annual) will need to first cancel their existing subscription through iTunes, allow that subscription to expire, then re-upgrade through a computer.

 

To cancel your subscription from an iOS device, please use the following steps:

 

From your device's Home screen, open the App Store.

  1. Tap Featured at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap your Apple ID > View Apple ID.
  3. Enter your password and tap OK.
  4. On the Account Settings screen, under Subscriptions tap Manage.
  5. Find and tap Pandora Radio.
  6. From the Pandora Plus screen, change your auto-renewal option.
  7. After making your changes, tap Done.

Subscribers who are billed through Google Play but would like to change their subscription plan to Pandora Plus Annual or Pandora Premium (Monthly or Annual) will need to first cancel their existing subscription through Google Play, allow that subscription to expire, then re-upgrade through a computer.

 

Use the following steps to cancel your subscription in Google Play:

  1. Go to payments.google.com, then click the menu icon.
  2. Along the left side of your screen, select Bills and accounts.
  3. Select Pandora Plus > Manage Subscription.
  4. Click Cancel next to the Pandora Plus Subscription option, then follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.

Subscribers who are billed through Amazon Appstore but would like to change their subscription plan to Pandora Plus Annual or Pandora Premium (Monthly or Annual), first need to cancel their existing subscription through Amazon Appstore, allow that subscription to expire, and then re-upgrade through a computer.

 

To cancel your subscription from a Kindle Fire:

 
  1. From your Kindle Fire device Home Screen, press Apps > Store.
  2. Click on My Subscriptions > Pandora Plus Subscription.
  3. Turn auto-renewal off.

To cancel your subscription from the Amazon Appstore app on an Android device:

 
  1. Launch the Amazon Appstore application.
  2. From the Appstore menu, click on Subscriptions > My Subscriptions > Pandora Plus Subscription.
  3. Turn auto-renewal off.

Subscribers who are billed through Roku but would like to change their subscription plan to Pandora Plus Annual or Pandora Premium (Monthly or Annual), first need to cancel their existing subscription through Roku, allow that subscription to expire, and then re-upgrade through a computer.To cancel your subscription from the Pandora channel on your Roku, please use the following steps:

  1. Launch the Pandora channel.
  2. Press the Options * button on your Roku remote.
  3. Select Cancel Pandora Plus free trial.
  4. Confirm that you would like to cancel your Pandora Plus free trial.
  5. Select, Yes to cancel your subscription.

To cancel your subscription from the Roku Home Screen, follow these directions:

 
  1. Find the Pandora channel on your Home Screen.
  2. Click the Options * button on your Roku remote.
  3. Select Manage Subscription.
  4. Choose Cancel Subscription.
  5. Confirm the cancellation of your subscription.
